At the Atiywasi Center we take pride in giving our students the opportunity to learn the Spanish language whilst providing them with an invaluable insight into Peruvian culture. We give our students the option of conventional lessons, but also of cultural immersion, taking the student out of the classroom and into local life. For example: cooking typical Peruvian dishes and having lunch/dinner together whilst talking in Spanish, going shopping in the market, or meeting local people. This will provide students with the confidence to hold conversation in Spanish through the guidance and flexibility of our highly  experienced, passionate teachers.

We cover a diversity of themes such as: Culture, travelling, history, philosophy and shamanistic topics,  exercises and conversations.

The Atiywasi Center is actively participating in the Environment Association of Máncora and we have been teaching for the past 7 years within our ecological center. We are a Peruvian family and have been living in Máncora for the past  10 years. We look very much forward to meeting you and giving you the opportunity to embrace everything Peruvian and we promise that you will have fun whilst learning.
